Talent Acquisition Specialist

To attract and recruit best talent to fulfill the departments’ needs.

Main responsibilities

• Understand the technical needs of positions, departments and projects.
• Improve and use online tools to discover and attract top candidates.
• Build and maintain the network of potential candidates through proactive strategies, research, networking, and outreach.
• Manage recruitment processes, guaranteeing the best candidate’s experience.
• Manage Departments Hiring Managers needs to ensure meeting deadlines of production plans.
• Maintain candidates’ data base.
• Provide an accurate feedback to candidates.
• Weekly reporting of selection processes status.
• Job fair attendance.


• At least 3 year of experience recruiting 3D animation, VFX, Videogames or IT profiles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or similar.
• Experience in Recruitment 2.0.
• Experience hiring candidates in worldwide base.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Hard and fast worker with great creativity and adaptability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
